First of all this is my second Zinus bed frame. I bought one a couple years ago and was absolutely so impressed by how well marked and well instructed the assembly information was. This has changed. The previous frame had every hole and every piece marked with a letter or a number. It went together so easy and so fast. This one, however, there was no markings on the pieces at all, only labels on a few of the connections. You have to figure how the pieces come together based on the shape in a very minimal graphic-only instructions. I could go on, but the big issue was that there was one piece at the headboard that should have been indicated that there was a direction to it, as neither the connectors #s, nor the graphics addessed this. This would not have been an issue had they marked it as well as they had the last Zinus bed frame that I purchased. Added about 30 minutes to undo, flip it, and reconnect. Took about 2 hours total to put together, one person. My previous frame went together in about half that because it was so well marked, no pondering about which part goes where. Other than that, I have no complaints on the frame. It's well made, looks sturdy, and really nice. It's a good quality for the price. I just wish I could laud their assembly instructions like I did for my previous bed frame. It was certainly a big part of why I went with a Zinus again this time around. All they need to do label all of them like they used to!
